Nice place clean ..some employees are nice and pleasant some are not.. if u love pine needles you would love it here...

I would give this a negative 5 stars if I could. DO NOT move into here unless you think you would like living with monsters as managers. You may own your own home but if you don't breathe right they will fine you. They will literally fine you for everything. Please take my advice and find somewhere else. PS the rent goes up every year so they can spend more money on useless stuff, like useless curbs that makes plowing impossible or updating their own office. If you have a flat tire, can't fix it in your own driveway without a fine. If I can save one person from living here than my job is complete. This place is horrible!
Place is kept up well great place to buy a home staff there are top notch
I live here and it's a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful park. Only thing that would give it 5 stars is if they put in a public pool.
